Refund & Donation Policy

1. Voluntary Donations

All donations made to Siddh Divyang Foundation are voluntary and strictly non-commercial. We do not sell products or services in exchange for donations.

Donations are utilized for:

• Accessibility awareness programs
• Assistive technology information resources
• Research summaries
• Community outreach and inclusion activities
• Website management and educational content
• Volunteer support and coordination

2. Non-Refundable Donations

As a general policy, all donations are non-refundable. This is because contributions are immediately allocated to ongoing non-profit activities, awareness programs, and operational needs.

3. Exceptions (Rare Cases)

A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The donation was made by mistake (duplicate payment)
• The donor entered the wrong donation amount
• A technical error in the payment gateway resulted in an incorrect transaction

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Approval is at the sole discretion of Siddh Divyang Foundation.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund in an exceptional case, please email us:

• Full Name
• Contact Details
• Date of Transaction
• Amount Donated
• Transaction Reference Number
• Reason for Refund Request

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on bank and payment gateway processing timelines.

6. Receipt of Donation

All donors will receive the following after completing a donation:

• A confirmation message
• A digital receipt
• Transaction reference details

Foreign donations, if accepted, will be handled in accordance with FCRA guidelines.

7. Security & Transparency

We are committed to maintaining donor trust and confidentiality.

• Donation information is kept secure and confidential
• No donor information is sold or shared for commercial purposes
• Contributions are used exclusively for awareness, inclusion, and educational activities aligned with our mission
